I still recommend this game but its negatives are, at times, soul-destroying:-- Terrible desync (despite having a fast connection, low ping and 0% packet loss)- Cheaters- Clunky movement (could be slicker but not to the point of being arcade-y)- Clunky looting \/ gearing \/ player interface (see its competition for how it could be improved)Fix the above and PUBG would be perfect.. I'd like to enjoy the game but there are way too many game breaking features -Desync is still an issue-It's impossible to track players while you're indoors as the slightest obstacle will cause your character to flip their weapon up obscuring you view-For a game that prides itself in gun fights, I've never experienced a clunkier game. Even non-AAA game companies can get smooth gun play right like TripWire in the RO2 and RS2 series-Many of the maps such as Vikendi are still unoptimized and if you are in a car you run the risk of your game crashing-Speaking of unoptimization, If you land with a lot of other people you may skip over weapons as they don't spawn yet and you will be killed-Stun grenades can go off in the floor below you and you will somehow be blinded this I know from personal experience-Cars in the game handle like rickety boats, the slightest divot in the road will give you the real risk of flipping the car. -Hacking is still prevalent in game This game has a ton of potential but with all the issues above it is pretty difficult to enjoy the game. Game was very good before it became popular in china where these chinese hackers flood foreign servers to make the gaming experience for us miserable. You report them and they buy a new account to continue hacking, its no fun because HACKERSGROUND can't be bothered to implement a better anti cheat system. I'm not playing this anymore not because i dont like it, but it is because all my friends and I are now tired of this pos game that wont prevent players from hacking. It is a very good game when theres no hackers, which is very rare. If you play this in the asia region, 9\/10 games you will face hackers and the experience is just not fun and you become tired after countless rounds where you should have won but the opposition got your whole team and everyone because he either uses wallhack or recoliless weapons ini files to alter game mechanics. Game has turned trash. Early days were the best of times for the game. Some of the new additions mind you aren't bad. Vaulting added some new movements, new maps, new weapons was nice. But it's a buggy mess. OC has no servers so you're forced to play on asian servers with 120+ ping. Now if you can get past that issue theres the hackers that kill you, The fact that some can peek you or shoot you before coming around a corner or you getting sprayed down by and m4 and 500 metres is dumb. I used to spend hours and hours on this game with mates or even alone going for the chicken dinners but now a days I can't even play more then 2 games without vomiting how bad the servers are.
